Miranda has been chartered to Acciona Trasmediterranea (Trasmed) for a period including options until December 2013.

NB1282 was christened on the 7th December 2007. The vessel got the name Misida and was delivered to the owners on the 21st December 2007.

The contract for the construction of Godby Shipping's new office at Södragatan 13 in Mariehamn was signed 12th June 2003 with Pekkas Bygg Kb.

During 2001-2002 Godby Shipping has worked towards certification of its environmental management system.
