Extended charters with DFDS

We are pleased to announce that our time charter agreements with DFDS for Lysvik Seaways, Lysbris Seaways and Transporter have been extended until 31 December 2027.

This gives us welcome continuity for all three vessels and, importantly, for our crew onboard. It also continues our long-standing and valued cooperation with DFDS.

Lysvik Seaways and Lysbris Seaways joined our fleet in December 2021 and January 2022 respectively, when we purchased the vessels from DFDS. Since then, they have been carrying Norske Skog paper from Skogn, Norway, to Sheerness, UK, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Hamburg, Germany. Transporter joined our fleet from Eckerö Shipping in November 2025 and continued trading for DFDS between Drammen, Halden and Fredrikstad, Norway and Immingham, UK.

We would like to thank DFDS for their continued trust and excellent cooperation. Above all, we want to thank the crew onboard Lysvik Seaways, Lysbris Seaways and Transporter for their commitment, professionalism and hard work which are an important part of the successful operation of these vessels and of the strong cooperation we have built with DFDS.
