An agreement for the purchase of mv Baltica has been signed and delivery of the vessel is expected to take place in October 2015
mv Baltica is built 1990, 13.773 dwt, 2.240 lm trailer capacity + containers on weather deck and is therefore slightly larger than Misana/Misida
the vessel is old but has just been drydocked and passed her 5 year class renewal, so we expect a 10 year remaining lifetime
Baltica is chartered to TransProCon until December 2015 with charterers’ option to extend until December 2016

Miranda to Stena/Balearia

Miranda was redelivered from GNV 20th September and thereafter sailed for Algeciras where she was delivered to Stena Roro 25th September 2015
For the first period of the charter Miranda will be on relet to Balearia and will be used in their liner traffic between Algeciras and Tanger Med
