Mimer contract with CMA CGM is valid until September 2015 and the vessel is used in their liner traffic between Marseille and Mostaganem. Due to changes in the import regulations the volumes have dropped dramatically and CMA CGM wishes to close down the service.

We therefore managed to find an alternative employment and Mimer will be charterered to Marinex Cargo Line Inc owned by America Cruise Ferries, Puerto Rico. More info www.acferries.net/wp/. 

Mimer will be taken out of CMA CGM service in the beginning of June and then directly sail for the Caribbean where she will be employed between Puerto Rico, St Martin, St Thomas, Tortola and St Croix.

The contract is valid until June 2016 with an option for the charterers to extend until June 2017.
